Dear West Elementary Parents,
This is the last call for our "Books for Kids" collections! We have had a wonderful showing of support thus far! If you would still like to donate to this literacy project sponsored by the West Elementary and Central Elementary Site Councils, you may do so. Our collections will run until Tuesday, March 1.
You may donate "gently used" or new books for children ages 0-12. Please take your donations to one of the following locations: West Elementary School, Central Elementary School, or Wamego Public Children's Library.
Thank you to Site Council President, Katie Fritz, for organizing this project, and to all of you that have already donated books! Thanks also to the parent volunteers that have helped sort books this past week. If you are interested in volunteering to help with sorting and leveling books next week, please contact Katie Fritz.
